Brief:

To create a professional website for New Zealand Wedding Packages that helps showcase their spectacular wedding locations and services in the Nelson Tasman region. The website also needed to be able to manage customers, and automate business processes to minimise the amount of work involved in the administration of bookings. It also needed to have a “Dashboard” for customers where they could log in and manage and view all their information.

Process:

The New Zealand Wedding Packages team includes Virginia Woolf who has taken beautiful photos of couples they have worked with. We used these photos to create the website content. We also worked with the administrator to develop automated business processes for the website to allow the business to be run from the website. The benefit of this was that all the booking and couple information could be seen and managed by the whole team.

Features:

• Customised templates with dynamic page content.
• There is an administrator access to the back end which allows for complete management of customers, booking details, calendar, invoice generation, email templates and more.
• There is a customer Dashboard in the backend (accessed via login), which takes customers through the booking process, provides them with relevant information and prompts them to complete forms as required.
